Skill to finish
Skill-based finishing sessions focused on decision-making, ball manipulation and composure. Athletes learn when to shoot, how to create space and how to execute under pressure with confidence.
Speed & quickness
Speed and agility training is personalised to the athlete’s position and playing style, developing acceleration, quick feet, changes of direction and high-speed running relevant to match situations.
Shooting & finishing
Position-specific finishing work designed around the athlete’s strengths and areas for improvement. Training includes long-range shots, volleys, one-touch finishes, both feet, heading, one-on-ones and crossing and finishing, with a strong focus on accuracy and technique.
